We deliver nationally in 2-3 working days, which makes Logs Near Me local to you! Our logs are delivered to you on pallets through our national distribution network.

What happens after I place my order? 

  1. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us straight to your inbox.
  2. Our pallet network partners will call you to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
  3. Track and follow your order through their website. 

Do I need to be there for delivery? 

We recommend that someone is available throughout the day of delivery to receive the order. However, it’s not essential IF the driver can deliver the order to a safe space. If it’s only possible to deliver to you kerbside then please note somebody must be home to receive the order. If delivery is attempted on your chosen day and is unable to do so, there is a £25 charge to re-deliver.

How will my logs be delivered?

Our logs are delivered to you via an 18-tonne tail-lift lorry as standard so it’s important to ensure that it can easily access your home. The vehicle requires clearances of 3M in width and 5m in height. If this is difficult for you, you can choose the option at checkout to have your logs delivered on a 7-tonne lorry which requires clearances of 2M in width and 3M in height.  Deliveries are contracted to kerbside only. Delivery onto the property is at the discretion of the haulier. Whilst the driver will always do their best to deliver as close to your desired end location, kerbside delivery is standard and it’s down to the drivers discretion. If you have a gravel drive, an uneven surface or there’s a lip between the road and your driveway, the driver will leave the order kerbside.

Chargeable postcodes

There are some ares of the UK where we charge a £36 shipping fee. Applicable postcodes are:

IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20+, PH6+, PO30-41, DD8-11, AB.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, we’re here to help and solve any issues you have immediately.

Cancellations

If you have second thoughts about your order, please contact us immediately. So long as the logs haven’t been dispatched we will issue you with a refund, therefore we recommend you telephone us immediately. By doing this we can make sure your logs don’t go out for delivery.

Returns

We offer a 14 day returns guarantee on our logs. To be eligible for a return, the order must be in the original packaging in the same condition that our driver delivered it to you. You will be liable for the costs in returning the order if there’s nothing wrong with it.

Refunds for damaged items etc

If there is an issue with your logs, for example a net bag has split and there are logs missing, please take photos and notify us immediately. Our driver will ensure the delivery is fulfilled up to our high standards and will take photos of the logs in their delivered place. We’ll happily work with you to resolve anything that you’re not happy with.
